Real Earth Anti-Hair Loss Ritual: Amla, Bhringraj, and Roots Oil.

Rutina Anticaída Natural

Sometimes our hair speaks to us: it falls out more than usual, feels thinner, weaker…
And that’s when taking a pause and caring for ourselves stops being a luxury and becomes a necessity.

Today, we want to share one of our favorite Ayurvedic rituals with you: a simple yet powerful blend that strengthens from the roots, stimulates circulation, and restores real vitality to your hair.

Ingredients from the earth:

Amla powder: rich in vitamin C, it strengthens the hair follicle and stimulates growth. It adds shine and softness and soothes the scalp.

Bhringraj powder: known in Ayurveda as “the king of hair.” It strengthens the roots, reduces hair loss, and adds body to weakened hair.

Roots Oil: a blend created by Ayurvedic doctors with jojoba, neem, amla, gotu kola, and bhringraj. Deeply nourishing without weighing your hair down

Hair loss

How to prepare it:

  • Mix 50 g of amla + 50 g of bhringraj with hot water until you get a creamy consistency.

  • Add 2 teaspoons of Roots Oil and stir gently.

  • Apply to clean, damp scalp, parting the hair into sections.

  • Massage with your fingertips for a few minutes.

  • Cover your hair with plastic wrap and leave on for 30–40 minutes.

Rinse with lukewarm water only, or, if needed, use a gentle plant-based shampoo and conditioner.

Recommended frequency:

This ritual works best when practiced consistently:

  • During the first month: use it once a week as an intensive treatment.
  • Second month: continue every 15 days.
  • After that: continue once a month as a ritual for connection and prevention.

What will you notice?

  • Less hair loss and less breakage.
  • A healthier, more balanced scalp.
  • Stronger hair with more body and natural shine.
  • And something subtler… that moment just for you, in silence, caring for your hair from the roots.

This kind of blend doesn’t just strengthen your hair. It also brings us back to a slower pace, to truly caring for ourselves, listening to our bodies, and responding with plants.
