All data provided by Real Earth Stories S.L. customers will be treated with the utmost privacy and will not be shared with third parties, except when necessary for the delivery of the order.

Banking data will be handled directly by PayPal, Redsys, or Stripe – the providers we have chosen for the payment service. Therefore, Real Earth Stories will never see customers' credit card information. We reserve the right to use commercial data anonymously to study purchasing habits and usage.

Orders

Price

Products will be sold at the indicated price, with the discount specified at the time of order confirmation by the customer being applicable.

Taxes

Prices include the current Value Added Tax (VAT), but exclude shipping costs, which will vary depending on the number of products purchased and the country where delivery takes place. 

Order confirmation

Once the customer has made the payment corresponding to the order, they will be sent an order confirmation by email.

PayPal, Redsys, and Stripe are highly reliable, secure, and fast ways to make payments online. In fact, since PayPal, Redsys, and Stripe process the charges directly from our customers, Real Earth Stories S.L. will not have access to their banking data.

Refund

Product information

Real Earth Stories provides specific information regarding product features through technical descriptions, ingredient lists, directions for use, and photographs. Everything is done in compliance with market standards. Even so, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 calendar days from the day you receive the products.
