Banking information will be handled directly by PayPal, Redsys, or Stripe – the providers we have chosen for payment services. Therefore, Real Earth Stories will never see customers' credit card information. It will only receive the payment and the order details. We reserve the right to use commercial data anonymously to study purchasing habits and usage.

Orders

Price

Products will be sold at the indicated price, with the discount applied at the time of order confirmation by the customer.

Taxes

Prices include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), but exclude shipping costs, which will vary based on the number of products purchased and the country where the delivery takes place.

Order Confirmation

Once the customer has made the corresponding payment for the order, an order confirmation will be sent via email.

PayPal, Redsys, and Stripe are very reliable, secure, and fast ways to make online payments. In fact, as it is PayPal, Redsys, and Stripe that process payments directly from our customers, Real Earth Stories S.L. will not have access to the latter's banking details.

Refunds

Product Information

Real Earth Stories details information regarding product characteristics specifically through technical descriptions, ingredient lists, usage instructions, and photographs. Everything is done in compliance with market standards. Even so, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 calendar days from the day you receive the products.
