What happens when you massage your scalp with oil.

masaje cuero cabelludo con aceites

There are days when it feels like everything is moving too fast.
And that’s exactly when, as your body and mind call for it, it makes the most sense to return to what matters. To return to yourself.

Today, I want to talk to you about more than just a product.
I want to talk to you about a gesture, a ritual, a way to care for your hair from a deeper place: massaging with plant oils.

More than a cosmetic, a moment for yourself

In Ayurveda, oils aren’t an extra. They’re at the heart of care.
And although this philosophy comes from far away, its wisdom is universal: taking a few minutes to nourish your scalp, without rushing, is also a way to listen to yourself and reconnect with yourself.

Applying warm oil, massaging gently, and letting that gesture embrace you… changes something.
In your hair, yes. But also within.

Why use oils on your scalp?

The difference lies in how deeply they work. A mask smooths the surface of your hair.
But an oil works from the roots: it nourishes the follicle, stimulates circulation, strengthens the scalp and, over time, transforms hair health.

It also calms the mind. It’s about being present. It’s real self-care.

How to use it, step by step

Once a week is enough. But do it mindfully.

  1. Warm a little oil in a bain-marie.
  2. Apply it to your dry scalp using a pipette or your fingers.
  3. Massage in slow, circular movements, like a caress.
  4. Leave it on for 20–30 minutes (or overnight if you can).
  5. Wash with your Ayurvedic shampoo, such as Rosemary & Bhringraj.

You don’t need to use a mask or conditioner afterward: your hair will be soft, shiny, and full of vitality.

The new ROOTS: an oil with a purpose

We created ROOTS to go further. We didn’t want to make just a multipurpose oil.
We wanted to create a complete treatment that addressed many of the questions you ask us most often: hair loss, weakened hair, lack of growth, a dull or stressed scalp.

🌿 What’s in ROOTS?
A unique, balanced formula developed by Ayurvedic doctors, with:

  • Jojoba as the base – lightweight, non-greasy, and easily absorbed, even by oily or sensitive scalps.
  • Amla – strengthens hair from the roots, adds shine, and helps prevent graying.

  • Brahmi – calms the mind and scalp, ideal during periods of high stress.

  • Bhringraj – known as the “king of hair” for its ability to stimulate growth.

  • Neem – deeply cleanses, balances sebum, and helps with itching or dandruff.

  • Gotu Kola – boosts microcirculation so the follicles receive more nutrients.

  • 100% plant-based
  • Suitable for all hair types
  • Fragrance-free, with only the natural scent of the plants

You don’t need to do it perfectly.
You just need to make it your own.
